Ideas to help with facilitating a class discussion:
Your Spirit is 'you' and is also known as your Soul.
It lives in your body.
It experiences the world through your body, your SIX senses, and your mind, which are your thoughts and feelings.
Here are some ways to keep your Spirit seeing the world in a healthy way:
Avoid junk food and unhealthy habits, because it can make you tired and sick, which makes you see the world as negative.
Avoid people and friends who are into unhealthy habits, such as smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol or taking drugs, because this will also affect the way you see the world.
Avoid negative people who are always unhappy, grumpy or complain a lot, because this will affect how you see the world and can make you feel depressed.
Attend two lessons at Cobra Martial Arts every week to stay fit, healthy and keep your Spirit feeling energetic and alive.
Reduce the time you spend on social media and gaming and stop using electronic devices at least 1 hour before bed.
Sleep at least 8 hours each night.
