Boxing for Fitness
At Cobra we offer many ways to help you get fit, including Boxing for Fitness, and Personal Training
Your instructor will demonstrate what to do, supervise and assist you along the way and you can ask for help at any time. You can exercise as slow and carefully, or as hard and fast as you choose. It is you who determines the pace and intensity.
Boxing for Fitness is primarily an exercise and fitness program and although taught by our qualified Martial Arts instructors, it is not designed for learning self defence. To learn how to protect yourself, as well as develop fitness, consider the Cobra Martial Arts program.

There are payment options from as low as $11.65 per session. Joining Fee is currently being waived.
Cobra Martial Arts course members receive Boxing for Fitness and weight facilities free!
