Tuesday: 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Wednesday: 2.00pm – 7.30pm
Thursday: 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 9.30am – 1pm
Sunday: Closed
For enquiries please visit us during opening hours and we will show you around the dojo, give you all the information you require and offer you a free trial. If you visit after 4.00pm Mon-Thurs or Saturday morning, you will be able to watch classes in session.

Group classes or Personal Training are available by booking.

Filipino Eskrima
A specialised course in the Filipino Martial Art of Eskrima, which is also known as Kali, Arnis, or simply Stick Fighting. Eskrima is a weapons based martial arts system which can also be used without weapons.
