It is important to keep your mind healthy and positive.
Here are some ways to keep your mind healthy:
Avoid junk food and unhealthy habits, because it can make you tired and sick, which makes you have unhappy thoughts and feelings.
Avoid people and friends who are into unhealthy habits, such as smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol or taking drugs, because this will affect your mind and your thoughts.
Avoid negative people who are always unhappy or complain, because this will affect your mind and make you feel depressed.
Attend two lessons at Cobra Martial Arts every week to stay fit, healthy and keep your thoughts and mind positive.
Reduce the time you spend on social media and gaming and stop using electronic devices at least 1 hour before bed, as the radiation is unhealthy for your mind and your sleep.
Sleep at least 8 hours each night.
