Master's Message children's class discussion topic of the week.
Having a “Whatever It Takes” attitude means being willing to do whatever is necessary — as long as it is right and honest — to achieve your goals.
Everything in life has a price.
For example, what is the price for getting good grades at school?
Doing your homework instead of playing
Paying attention to your teacher instead of daydreaming or talking
Turning off the TV, YouTube, or games to finish a school project
Sometimes spending less time hanging out with friends so your work gets done
Success always requires effort, discipline, and sacrifice.
One of the most important things about training toward black belt is that it teaches us how to become successful in life.
“A black belt is a white belt who never gave up.”
To become a black belt, you must develop a “Whatever It Takes” attitude.
Black belts are not made by only training when they feel like it. Black belts are made by showing up consistently — especially on the days they do not feel like training.
The students who succeed are the ones who keep going when things become difficult.
If you learn to never give up, stay disciplined, and keep moving forward, you can achieve amazing things.
