Hook Punch (Video 2) (Rotate foot. Elbow and shoulder aligned. Opposite hand guard up)(alternate left and right)
Uppercut (Video 2) (alternate between rear and lead uppercut)
Push Kick (kick with the bottom of the foot like you are pushing someone away)
Jab, Cross, Left Hook (B2)
Footwork: Advancing, Retreating, Left and Right (two steps in each direction)
Left Hook, Rear Roundhouse (M2)
Dropping Elbow (Straight down using the point of the elbow)
Back Kick (look over shoulder and kick backward with the heal. If you turn head to the right, kick with right leg)
Covering head and body (Use foam sword. They should not leave head unprotected when covering the body)
Leg Check (Video 2) Use foam sword. Lifting knee to elbow. Knee should point out to the side)
YELLOW
Overhand Punch (Video 2) (contact with two front knuckles)(alternate hands in same stance)
Body Hook (dip knees to lower your height)
Thai Roundhouse (Step front foot forward at 45 degrees then kick)

Footwork with Jab: Advancing, Retreating, Left and Right (jab with each step)
Forward Knee (Hold opponent's head. Don't interlock your fingers)
Standing with Guard Up (don't put your hands on the floor. Keep your guard up whilst standing)

Back Fist (hitting with the two big knuckles with the back of the fist)

Buddha Kick (same as push kick but point knee and foot outward. Strike with sole of foot)

Nunchaku Demonstration (20 seconds)
Side Kick Foot Position (Sitting on the ground. Triple lock: Toes pulled back, Foot pulled back, Foot 'bladed')
Round Knee (Hold opponent's head. Your fingers should not be interlocked)
Left Hook, Cross, Left Hook (B5)
Side Thrust Kick (the kick is to the side)
Backward Fall (chin tucked)
Jab, Cross, Rear Forward Knee (M5)
Parry (Use foam sword like a straight punch. Should not parry downward. Hands should not leave head area)

STICKS: Strikes 1-2 with diagonal stepping (other stick on the floor as centre line)
Turning Kick (Similar to Roundhouse. Contact area is ball of the foot. Foot is in 'side kick position')
Side Kick (Kick forward. Foot in side kick position. Striking with the blade edge of foot)
Overhand, Uppercut, Overhand (B6)
STICKS: Strikes 1-4 with diagonal stepping
Mini Hook Kick (Back of heel is contact area. Foot is in side kick position)

Hopping Mini Hook Kick (Kick with front leg. Use 'Step behind' footwork)(same as Hopping Side Kick footwork above, but use Mini Hook Kick)

KAMA: (20 second free form demonstration)
Spinning Backfist (Strike through the target. Don't retract the backfist)
Hopping Inner Crescent Kick (Front Leg) (step front leg out 45 degrees to set-up the kick)
Inside-Leg-Kick / Push Kick (One double kick. Don't touch foot to ground between kicks. Keep knee high between kicks)
Hopping Outer Crescent Kick (Front Leg) (Step front leg across at 45 degrees first)
Roundhouse / Side Kick (One double kick. Don't touch foot to ground between kicks. Keep knee high between kicks)

Spinning Outer Crescent Kick (Ignore what the video calls this kick. We call it Spinning Outer Crescent Kick. Step front leg across to pivot. Then spin and do a regular outer crescent kick)
Forward Shoulder Roll Video 2 (DON’T let head or neck hit the ground!)
Jumping Back Thrust Kick (step front leg across first)
Jumping Roundhouse (Step rear leg forward, then push-off & kick with that SAME leg)

Retreating Front Kick (Lift front knee up high first. Then kick with back leg as you retreat)
Inner Crescent Kick (With back leg. Land forward) - Spinning Outer Crescent Kick (With the opposite leg)
6 Direction Elbow (Right elbow downward, Left elbow across like hook punch, Right elbow upward like uppercut, Left elbow lunge with thrust to face, Right elbow reverse upward, Left elbow spinning dropping elbow )
Retreating Roundhouse Kick (Lift front knee up high first. Then kick with back leg as you retreat)
Spinning Inner Crescent Kick (Step front leg across. Keep spinning clockwise. Bring right knee up. Kick with Left leg)
BROWN
Backward Roll Video 2 (From Squat. DON’T roll onto NECK or head!)
Tornado Kick (Same as Spinning Inner Crescent Kick but use a Roundhouse kick after the spin)
3 Direction Leg (3 kicks without touching foot to the floor: Front Kick, Back Thrust, Turning Kick).
Superman Punch (raise rear knee forward then kick it backwards like a back kick as you throw right cross punch)
Jumping Double Front Kick (Step rear leg forward, then push-off with that same leg but kick with Left then Right in one jump)
6 Direction Leg (Front Kick, Back Thrust, Turning Kick. Change Stance after every 3 kicks & repeat with opposite leg)
