ClaireBoxing for Fitness is a fun, new fitness program for people of all ages and fitness levels.Whether your fitness level is low or high, the sessions are suitable for everyone, as you work at your own pace. You will alternate between the punch bag and mat exercises. The exercises taught are for fitness and specifically target toning and strengthening of the stomach, bottom, thighs, hips and arms.

Your instructor will demonstrate what to do, supervise and assist you along the way and you can ask for help at any time. You can exercise as slow and carefully, or as hard and fast as you choose. It is you who determines the pace and intensity.

Boxing for Fitness is primarily a fitness course, therefore is not for learning self defence. To learn how to protect yourself as well as develop fitness, consider our most popular Martial Arts program.


Your Instructors

Your instructors are qualified martial artists, not aerobics instructors who have only attended a half day course in ‘How to teach Boxing for Fitness’. So rest assured that you will be learning correct technique from the best of the best!


How to get your lessons for only $11.65 per session!

You may pay for your training ‘casually’ at $25 per session, however the most popular and cost effective way is by direct debit at $34.95 per week. If you attended three times a week it works out to only $11.65 per session, saving you over $1000 in 6 months! This payment method is also better than the ‘casual’ option as it increases your attendance and commitment so you achieve your fitness and toning goals faster! You can cancel your membership any time by giving 30 days notice. Note that you will also receive unlimited Boxing for Fitness sessions (5 held each week) as well as a FREE weights gym use (gym normally $680 per year).


Joining Fee

The joining fee of $99 is being waived this month for new enrolments!
